What is the reset time for ad??

It is now Server Time: 01:49:57but the ads and statistic graph haven't reseted yet. when i go to earn money to click ads, it says "Your advertisement clicks reset at 00:00" so is this a bug? http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/nn167/amidamaru34/time.png |

well i just checked and it has reseted at Server Time: 04:00:00
