- Use of the YouGetProfit.com website is subject to your acceptance of our terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using this website.
Members/Users
- YouGetProfit.com members must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
- Members must provide accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address.
- You must provide a valid email address upon registration, preferably a gmail.com account.
- As a member/user, you should never share your password to anyone. For any reasons, do not let anyone else access your account.
- You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account.
- Choosing, creating or having a username that we regard as inappropriate may lead to the suspension of your account.
- In case you have forgotten your account password, just click on "Forgot your password" link and it will be forwarded to the email address you have provided during your registration.
- It is a must for YouGetProfit.com members to log in at least once every thirty (30) days in order to stay active. Once the system detects an inactivity, it will lead to account suspension.
- In case you wish to reactivate your suspended account due to inactivity, please submit a ticket requesting for reactivation. However, any account balance, shares, membership, referrals and advertising credits will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
- Using proxies and/or logging into shared networks such as but not limited to cyber cafes, school, LAN houses etc. are not permitted.
- For security reasons, we do not remove any inactive accounts.
- To maximize YouGetProfit.com services, you must be able to understand and speak in English.
- All advertisement, queries, feedback etc. must be written in English to avoid confusion.
- Auto-click software and the like will never be tolerated. If you are using, offering and/or promoting any unauthorized third party software or services to automatically click and surf an ad, ad-alert, circumvent or defraud YouGetProfit.com, your account will be suspended permanently without notice. A legal action may also be initiated.
- Anti-cheat Policy. Each attempt, in any way, to use auto click software, to login into our system using 3rd party software, to hack into the system were all logged.When you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return.
- As a member of YouGetProfit.com shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to member’s country of residence. Members acknowledge that they may only participate in the YouGetProfit.com program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted in their country of residence.
- Members are responsible for reporting any and all income earned to their applicable income tax authorities as a result of their participation in YouGetProfit.com.
- YouGetProfit.com does not deduct taxes on income earned by members, however, YouGetProfit.com will provide all income information and will fully cooperate with all Governmental Regulators upon their request regarding income earned by any individual person and/or entity participating in the YouGetProfit.com program.
Member’s Commission
- All payments are made via Bitcoin, Litecoin. Payeer AIRTM and Perfect Money. You must have a valid email address.
- You are not allowed to send your money to another person's payment processor account. Doing so will lead to an immediate suspension.
- You may request for a payment once you have reached $2 in your account balance. The minimum for First Time Payout is $2 for all types of membership.
- All payments are processed and issued within 10 business days.
- You need to deposit through Bitcoin, Litecoin, AIRTM Perfect Money and Payeer to be able to Cashout.
- Once the withdrawal has been processed and payment has been made by YouGetProfit.com, we assume no further responsibility and cannot be held responsible for any issue caused by the payment processor companies.
- For security reason, You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make a deposit in monetary amount.
- The Maximum amount you can request to the other Payment processor is equal to the value of the purchases you've made trough them individually.
- In the event of equal most value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par.
- Members may withdraw their earnings regardless of their membership type or country.
- Ensure the payment processor account that you create is with a company which allows payments to your country.
- Make sure that you have started your session from a computer within the physical boundaries of said nation.
- All payments will be sent to the preferred account and can not be canceled or refunded.
- We strictly make no refunds or reimbursements to account values after payments have been sent successfully.
- It is your responsibility to fill in your details correctly.
- For security reason, payment processor's email addresses used for withdrawal must be the same as payment processor's email addresses used for deposit.
- For security reason, YouGetProfit.com reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request and ask for more information from member.
- For security reason, YouGetProfit.com has the right to request proof that you are the rightful owner of both your payment processor and YouGetProfit account should we find it suspicious. Failure to provide us with the documentation of proof within 5 business days, your account will be suspended and all earnings will be deleted.
- For security reason, Vietnam users need to deposit to get paid, otherwise, earnings can be use for purchasing advertising credits. It has been found of creating multiple accounts linked to 1 processor.
- Sharing/posting your payment proof in the forum is a must before requesting your next cashout.
Payments to YouGetProfit.com
- All payments are to be made using the links available at "Your Account". No other method of payment will be accepted.
- Payments made to YouGetProfit.com using Payeer Perfect Money are confirmed by your Payeer and Perfect Money email. Any payment made by another Payeer and Perfect Money email address will be referenced to the user that holds that account or, in the lack of a user, the payment will not be referenced.
- Payments made to YouGetProfit.com using any available payment processor's email addresses cannot be modified and or altered in anyway possible in order to keep the origin of your fund.
- All charge backs or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
- You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount.

Referral Terms:
- There is no limit to the amount of members you can refer
- Refbacks strictly are not allowed.
- You may not refer other people in your household. Only one account, email, and I.P. per customer.
- By letting a rented referral expire, you will be charged a minimal fee between $0.03 to $0.05 per referral based on your membership.
Paid To Promote Terms:
- Bringing in huge traffic with extremely low number of sign ups would be deemed as utilizing autosurf sites, which is not allowed.
- Using hidden Iframe and auto surfs to promote PTP link will lead to permanent suspension of account without prior notice.
Refund Policy
- All Purchases made on YouGetProfit.com is 100% non-refundable.
- Take note that this is an advertising program wherein your money has been used for advertising credits and a portion has been distributed to all members and to your upline upon purchased on YouGetProfit.com and earnings on every ad clicked and commission has been paid instantly to your upline and members. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems that you may have.
Advertising Terms
- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
- The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
- The website must not contain any prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
- The website must not have a pop-up/pop-under window.
Rights and Liabilities
- YouGetProfit.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control.
- YouGetProfit.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. YouGetProfit.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
- We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by email.
- If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice.
- Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.
- Any false accusations, threats, intimidation and any disrespect against YouGetProfit.com’s site and YouGetProfit.com’s staffs from active members will lead to the immediate suspension of your account.
- We cannot assure the site may or may not have exploits, any user caught exploiting any area of YouGetProfit.com will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
- YouGetProfit.com reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution or notice.
- Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Zigma Network, and its related product of Zigma network, Yougetrpofit and / or Yougetprofit staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum and Chat as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
- We take no responsibility for violations occurred by you. As a member, it is your job to read the terms periodically.

- Member expressly agrees that the use of service is at member's sole risk/liability. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, YouGetProfit.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied by law, custom or otherwise, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. - To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, neither Yougetprofit.com nor any of its members, subsidiaries, publishers, service providers, licensors, officers, directors or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this agreement, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the program or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of user's transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Income Disclaimer
- YouGetProfit.com never gives or makes any guarantee of earnings or profits or fixed daily returns. Members are buying advertising services only and YouGetProfit.com shares profits from sales of all the multiple services on our site, including banner and text advertisement, and various account conveniences. By clicking the 10 required number of ads per day, members qualify to receive a share of any profits with a minimum of 1 active revenue share pack. Your revenue share pack is a purchase of service, which in itself is of high value. Your earnings or profit shares will always be connected to site stability and business performance and from your own efforts of selling ad services to others using your referral link, and sharing it in site revenues. What your individual earnings are may vary based upon your skill, drive, motivation, talent, and persistence. Rate of earnings may vary from day-to-day as amounts given to each share are related to how many shares are active, and how much advertising services have been sold.

As a result, while YouGetProfit.com strives to protect its members personal information, cannot guarantee the security of any information that members transmit to or from the participating advertisers/merchants, and member does so at his/her own risk.
- This Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between members and YouGetProfit.com in connection with general membership in the YouGetProfit.com program and supersedes all prior agreements and/or arrangement between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this agreement will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this agreement will act as a waiver of such rights.
