Dear members,

On behalf of YouGetProfit.com, I would like to entrust our members for their understanding and cooperation. We were able to retrieve 80% of missing member’s information in our database. We are trying hard to recover everything just the way it was, with hope that it will be achievable.

For those members who has missing balances, please bear with us as it will takes time. Our technical team is working in full capabilities in trying to retrieve all the missing data. Hopefully we can recover everything by 100%. However, if there are information that cannot be retrieved, please accept our most sincere apologies, as it is beyond of our reach.

This disaster has teach us some of the importance aspects that we have missed in our operational method. We have planned everything just the way of a common method in running this kind of business. We already planned with the most common solution for backup. But evidently, it’s not sufficient enough. For the future development, we are prioritizing in backup solutions that can be more reliable than it was before. Just to make sure if something like this happens again, the effects will be as minimum as possible. This we can guarantee you.

We are taking this lesson the hard way. Losing a member’s trust is the most despicable effects from this disaster. Lessons learned.

If you receive an "INVALID LOGIN ERROR", please submit a ticket with the following information:

Withdraw Payment ID (if you have made withdrawals and no investment) :

Here's just a little FAQ special for this issue that might be able to help you gain more knowledge in solving database corruption.

Q: I don`t have any deposit or withdrawal, but I remember the username of my direct referral, what should I do?
A: Provide in your ticket the USERNAME/S any of your Direct Referral/s username.

Q: I don`t have any deposit or withdrawal, but I have active shares, what should I do?
A: To get your user_id provide us the title of your advertisement/url link.

Q: What will I do if I don`t have deposit/withdrawal/direct referral?
A: Kindly create a new account, since we cannot retrieve your user_id in our database.

For members who does not have any record (no withdrawal record, no deposit record, no shares, no direct referral) with all sincerity, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please just register again with your favorite sponsor.

I still have not returned a zero balance, purchase balance, and advertising balance, I have 15 direct referrals back just 2 please immediately restore my balance, purchase balance, and advertising balance and my direct referrals but I do not remember their names.

What if some of the missing weren't even making a good use of the membership to begin with? For instance, maybe they haven't logged in for some time? Or may not even be aware that this problem has existed to begin with? Or are taking a long time to submit the necessary info in a ticket, etc?

Do we still have to surf 10 ads daily or we can wait until all features are back?

they can send ticket anytime they aware of this problem or when they log in again.. besides we will get information from their Upline who realize one of their refferal is missing.. and we already know there are 377 member who lost, so we can search it but of course we need them to send a lot of information and of course we will keep continue our services with or without that members ..

I am glad you have learned from this trial and that YGP is a stronger framework because of it. I can forsake my balance owed if necessary since it was only a couple dollars. I was fortunate to transfer most of my income to my purchase balance before this crash happened and I have been able to retain those funds.

I am looking forward to the restart of YGP and will be one of the first in line to continue to invest in this incredible opportunity

First of all, thank you for taking immediate actions to resolve this issue.

I was one of those who were affected. I am able to log in right now. Surely, it was quite agonizing not to be able to log in to your beloved YGP account for 2-3 days.

Well, I can see my ad share packs are intact. But my balance and advertising credits are zero. I'm sure, these will be restored soon. And I encourage my fellow members to be patient and trust in the Admin. who has been extremely proactive and diligent to respond to this disaster.

YGP has been one of the best programs I have been part of and I'm sure, we will continue to thrive and prosper in the months and years to come
